Client Relationship Policies

Please note that all policies are subject to change at any time.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

 

I understand that life happens and unexpected things come up in everyone's life from time to time.  These policies are designed to create some structure such that both of us are mutually honoring each other's time as valuable.

 

These policies seek to be fair to all new and existing clients while respecting the nature of my business and its impact on my livelihood.

 

I will request to have a credit card on file in order to schedule any service.

 

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service. Anyone that cancels within that 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the base menu price of all services canceled and will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

Due to the high volume of appointments around holidays between October 1st through January 1st this policy will require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations.

 

If there is inclement weather we will follow the guidance of Hamilton County and no cancellation fees will be charged if a level 2 emergency is enacted.

 

Late arrivals:

 

If you are going to be late for your appointment you must call in advance to let me know. I will always do my best to accommodate you even if you are late, but in an effort to be fair to other clients that are scheduled for that day, we may have to adjust the service to fit in the time remaining for your appointment.

 

If you are beyond 15 min late, we will have to cancel the appointment and reschedule. This is considered a cancellation without notice and you will be charged the same fee listed above to the credit card on file. 

 

Deposits:

 

Upon scheduling, all new clients are required to put down a non refundable $50 deposit for any service exceeding an hour, this deposit will be applied to your service cost. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you will not be refunded your deposit and this will be considered your cancellation fee. 

 

Anyone who is chronically late or cancels/reschedules their service often will be required to put down a nonrefundable $50 deposit upon scheduling all future appointments.

 

Refunds:

I do not offer refunds on any service or fee listed in these policies.

 

If you are unhappy with the service you received, I ask that you contact me within 7 days of receiving said service, so that we can schedule an appointment or discuss any complications you may be having. I strive to make everyone who sits in my chair happy, even if we can’t always meet your goals within the first service.

 

Specific results are never promised nor guaranteed, as it is impossible to predict all factors that go into a service.
